Tell your teacher stories! The work of teaching is made more sustainable when teachers share their stories of triumph and trial with each other. Not only is sharing teacher stories an act of teacher leadership, is it also an act of advocacy. These slides walk teachers through a protocol that helps them generate questions that could spark a manuscript about their teaching practice. It also includes resources like toolkits, templates, and coaching to help teachers develop their great ideas into various works for publications such as MLTL, the MCTM Banneker Banner, the Knowles Teacher Initiatives’ Kaleidoscope, and other venues.
