Amy’s Story

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Ursinus College. While at Ursinus, she earned the Outstanding Accounting Senior Award from the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Upon graduating, Amy worked in the audit and the controller’s departments in large Philadelphia and regional banks. She earned her NJ CPA license in January 1988. Prior to joining Knowles in 2014, she worked as the controller for Federated Investors Bank’ a subsidiary of Federated Investors based in Pittsburgh Pa. and then became an associate with Your Part-Time Controller of Philadelphia. At Your Part-Time Controller, she worked with nonprofit organizations and enjoyed the transition from the business world.

In her current role, Amy is responsible for managing Knowles’ accounting operations, supporting the financial management of Knowles’ operating budget, and financial reporting. She is also responsible for maintaining internal control systems and processes to ensure compliance with current accounting policies.

Amy has held leadership roles in several volunteer organizations, including the Women’s Club of Vineland, Art Goes to School and Emanuel Lutheran Church. A proud mother of two, she resides in in Pittsgrove, New Jersey with her husband and Abbey, their spoiled English Springer Spaniel. In her spare time, Amy enjoys studying art history, reading, boating, cooking and spending time at her family’s shore home.
