This presentation examines how a Strategic Interactions Framework guides systematic planning of collegial conversations through four components: Who, Why, How, and When & Where. We investigate the professional learning we provided around the framework and how the use of the framework impacted early career teachers in moving beyond surface-level collaboration with colleagues.
