Roschell Thybulle

Roschell Thybulle currently lives and works in Tampa, Florida. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and in Science Education from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University. For the past 27 years Roschell has been focused on teaching Chemistry and becoming a mentor and leader in her district. In those years, she has been awarded Teacher of the Year three times and Minority Teacher of the Year three times.

Roschell has worked as a mentor, training new teachers, and as a department chair. She has also helped write the new Chemistry curriculum for her county and developed assessments. She is currently working with WIPRO on a project to implement Virtual Reality (VR) Technology in the classroom. In June 2025, she presented this project to WIPRO Tampa and plans to present it at NSTA in April 2026. Followed by a publication of the study in May 2026.
