Professional Experience

During an internship with the Naval research division, Nancy worked on fluid dynamics modeling for propeller design. Through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, she taught English in a rural Japanese high school for four years. She also worked as a translator/interpreter on the Peace Boat, an around-the-world cruise ship. After moving back stateside, Nancy worked as a television news producer for Fuji TV for two years, covering politics and foreign policy in the Washington, D.C. Bureau.

Hobbies

Nancy enjoys modern dance, cooking, hiking and making music with others.
