Knowles Teacher Initiative is excited to partner with NSELA and NSTA for a Leadership Development Academy, Leadership in Motion: Designing the Future of Science Education Leadership. Join us November 4, 2026, in Indianapolis!
Participants will select one of three cohorts—Emerging, Developing, or Experienced—and then experience three interconnected leadership pathways focused on leading yourself, leading through influence, and leading systems strategically.
Throughout the day, participants will reflect on their own leadership, practice communication and influence strategies, examine systems and leverage points, and—perhaps most importantly—learn alongside science education leaders from across the country.
Whether you are beginning to recognize yourself as a leader or have spent years leading people, programs, and systems, we would love to have you in the room.
