Knowles Fellow selected for Grosvenor Teacher Fellowship

Knowles Teacher Initiative is pleased to share that 2023 Teaching Fellow Ashley Mae Bernardo has been selected for the 2025 Grosvenor Teacher Fellowship Cohort. The Grosvenor Teacher Fellowship is offered by Lindblad Expeditions and the National Geographic Society to 35 Teachers across grade levels and subject matter. The 2025 cohort consists of educators from 20 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and three Canadian provinces. Ashley Mae is a Chemistry and Physics teacher at Walter B. Saul High School in Pennsylvania.

The 2025 Grosvenor Fellows will embark on expeditions around the world, enhancing their geographic knowledge with immersive field-based experiences that they can bring back to their classrooms and communities. They will be traveling to Alaska, Antarctica, the Arctic, Europe and the Mediterranean, Galapágos, and Patagonia. The 2025 Grosvenor Teacher Fellows will be going on their expedition this summer, in June and July!
