William Rulon-Miller retired as President of Knowles in February of 2016. He has served in that position since March of 2012. Prior to that time, he worked as a Managing Director of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, from 2009 until 2012. From 1979 to 2009, he was Director of Investment Banking for Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia. He worked for the Investment Banking Group of Smith Barney in both the New York City and San Francisco offices from 1976 to 1979. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous publicly-held and private corporations and venture capital firms. He has also served as a director or trustee of a number of non-profit organizations.
Mr. Rulon-Miller graduated from Princeton University and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
